Telecommunications: Representing CLECs in obtaining interconnection agreements with other telecommunications carriers. Involved in litigation regarding inter-carrier compensation before federal appellate courts and public utility commissions.
New Media and Entertainment: Drafting and negotiating production and programming agreements, including program license agreements for video, VOD, broadband, and mobile platforms, acquisition agreements, co-production agreements, writers’ agreements, talent agreements, and other agreements involved in day-to-day production and programming operations.
