Negotiating and drafting agreements on behalf of major motion picture studios, television networks and production companies in connection with the development, financing, production, distribution, licensing and acquisition of entertainment properties

Negotiating and drafting agreements for the services of writers, producers, directors and actors on behalf of production companies and studios

Serving as outside production counsel for various television series, and negotiating leases, location agreements, releases, licenses and product placement agreements

Conducting pre-broadcast legal review and advising on clearance issues, such as trademark, copyright, defamation, and rights of privacy and publicity

Prior Experience
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Radis worked at Warner Bros. Television and has several years of entertainment industry experience in production and development.
