Representative Experience

Broadcast Media: Negotiates and prepares purchase agreements, option agreements, consulting agreements, non-compete agreements, loan agreements, network affiliation agreements and other documents related to the acquisition and sale of broadcast properties, including contracts for facilities such as broadcast towers and studios. Regularly provides assistance to broadcast clients regarding various FCC regulatory issues, with specific expertise as it relates to noncommercial educational radio stations.

Entertainment: Drafts and negotiates production and programming agreements for multiple media platforms including content provider agreements, sponsorship agreements and co-production agreements.
