Representative Experience
A member of the firm since 1982 and a partner since 1988, Ms. Schaaf has experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions including leasing, financing, acquisitions and sales. In recent years, she has focused her practice primarily on retail and office leasing. Ms. Schaaf represents regional and national retail chains in their lease negotiations for regional mall, strip center and other retail locations throughout the United States, completing dozens of transactions each year. She also works with institutional and other landlords to develop and negotiate lease forms with retail and office tenants.
