Serving as co-lead counsel of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in litigation arising out of the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center; representing Cantor Fitzgerald in an action seeking damages for business interruption losses
Counsel to Board of Directors of historic not-for-profit theatre in litigation brought by the New York State’s Attorney General
Represented the publisher in Chaiken v. Village Voice, the first federal case to address the gross irresponsibility standard in a case involving an allegation of defamation by implication
Tried case against MCI and RCA Global and secured judgment awarding severance benefits to over 20 plaintiffs
Represents outdoor advertising company in federal litigation involving challenges to burdensome regulations affecting outdoor advertising
