Representative Experience
Kim’s experience serving as trustee since 1990 has given her additional insight into drafting wills and trusts and to assisting with disputes.
Her practice since 1974 has concentrated on the following:
- Estate and Tax Planning: assisting individuals and families to tailor-make the disposition of assets to the needs of their beneficiaries; counseling and representing clients in tax minimization through lifetime transfers and tax-effective transmission at death
- Administration of estates following death: assisting with all aspects of settlement, whether assets pass under will or by revocable living trust
- Representing beneficiaries, executors, and trustees in will and trust interpretations and in resolving disputes
Memberships and Activities
Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel, a national organization in which membership is extended to only the most outstanding trust and estates practitioners
