Conducts administrative litigation, including rulemakings, investigations, complaints, enforcement actions and ratemaking proceedings, before state regulatory agencies throughout the country and before the Federal Communications Commission

Negotiates agreements between carriers and with municipalities and other government agencies; provides regulatory advice and compliance counseling, as well as strategic advice relating to legislative initiatives

Energy regulatory proceedings before state regulatory agencies and the Bonneville Power Administration
