Representative Experience
Mr. Volk concentrates his practice in the areas of Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party reimbursement matters, medical staff/hospital governance issues and medical staff peer review, administrative litigation relating to third party payment and medical staff peer review issues, and conduct of internal investigations and responses to governmental investigations and enforcement actions.

He also has extensive experience in third party reimbursement planning, litigation, compliance, and fraud and abuse issues. His work in related areas covers general health care corporate, licensing, certification, and regulatory and administrative litigation issues.
