Representative Experience
Dan Waggoner, co-chair of the firm’s Communications, Media and Information Technology department leads DWT’s efforts to serve these converging industries and focuses on communications, media and intellectual property issues for technology and content providers and communications companies. He represents new and traditional media companies and content providers in both transactions and specialized litigation matters under the Communications Act and the First Amendment. He also negotiates technology contracts and analyzes regulatory issues for technology companies and wireless, VoIP and other providers.
