Defended medical group against competitor’s allegations of tortious interference

Member of team that responded to investigation of The Seattle Times by the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice

Defended The Seattle Times in litigation over Seattle newspaper Joint Operating Agreement

Defended Pitney Bowes Inc. against competitor’s claims of unfair competition

Advised hospitals on antitrust aspects of joint ventures

Litigated cases for a variety of clients from a broad range of industries, including health care, banking, securities, petroleum and construction, with issues involving, among others, antitrust, consumer protection, contract, class actions, fraud, violation of federal and state securities laws, franchise law, and patent infringement
