Mr. Reynolds’ practice draws upon diverse legal experience as a public and private attorney and includes government regulatory, environmental, fishing, land use, hazardous waste, natural resources, water law and Indian law issues.
Land Use
Siting of complex residential, commercial, industrial and energy projects under applicable state, federal and local development and regulatory laws and requirements
Representation of private landowners and developers, with emphasis on shoreline and marine developments, impact fees and credits, dedications, exactions, regulatory takings, and damage actions for illegal permitting actions
Fisheries Law
Vessel acquisitions, contracting, regulatory, maritime lien, crew, Jones Act, licensing and allocation disputes
Environmental Law
Shoreline management, SEPA, water law, toxic waste, natural resource, environmental damage, environmentally sensitive areas, and threatened and endangered species guidance
Extensive experience with matters regarding the Growth Management Act, Shoreline Management Act, state and federal Environmental Policy Acts, State Pollution Control Law, State Water Code, Clean Water Act, State Hydraulic Code, as well as other state, local and federal regulatory and zoning matters
Business
Corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, formation, management, employment contract, sales, acquisitions, disputes and liquidations, with emphasis on representing fish processors and distributors and land developers
