• defense of gambling equipment broker in federal Grand Jury investigation in San Diego , California relating to alleged violations of federal gambling laws;

• pro bono defense of Canadian national in Seattle-based federal felony prosecution relating to violations of U.S. counterfeiting laws;

• defense of aircraft parts broker in Seattle-based Grand Jury investigation relating to manufacture of allegedly non-conforming aircraft parts; and

• defense of aircraft fastener company marketing representative in Seattle-based Grand Jury investigation relating to alleged falsification of quality assurance certifications and alleged commercial bribery.
