Medford Urban Renewal Agency: Special outside counsel for mixed use condominium project in central business district involving municipally developed and owned parking garage surrounded by three mixed use commercial buildings. Fountain Plaza at KOIN Center: Leasehold Condo 44 luxury units on top 20 floors of the KOIN Center

Sixteen Twenty Broadway Condominium. Development of 88 residential units and five large commercial units. Handled all legal work, including the leasing and sale of both the residential and commercial units.
