As you near downtown Seattle northbound on I-5, plan to be in the leftmost lane to take the Seneca Street exit (Exit #164) on the left hand side of the interstate.  Turn left onto onramp.  Once you pass straight through the first light after the onramp, you will be on Seneca Street.  Get in the right hand lane of Seneca; the WaMu tower should be visible in the distance off to the right hand side. The entrance to the parking garage is on the right hand side after the 3rd/Seneca intersection.

 

 

Plan on being on the right hand side of I-5 as you enter downtown Seattle.  Take the offramp onto Union Street (exit 165B), located underneath Freeway Park.  Stay in the left hand lane of Union Street until you reach 3rd Avenue.  Turn left onto 3rd Avenue – at this point you should be able to see the WaMu tower off to the right hand side.  Go past the WaMu Tower and turn right onto Seneca Street.  The entrance to the parking garage is on the right hand side after the 3rd/Seneca intersection.

Important Note: Driving Restrictions are in effect on 3rd Avenue between 6-9 a.m. and 4-7 p.m. on weekdays. If commuters are traveling to the office via Union Street during these times, commuters will need to make a left on 5th Avenue, then a right onto Seneca street.
