Peter Parsons has three decades of experience assisting and advising domestic and international clients on matters critical to their organization, development, product sourcing, sales, marketing and eventual liquidity. He works with clients such as high-technology and high-growth companies in addressing the challenges of rapid growth and expansion. Widely experienced as a director of public, private and nonprofit organizations, Peter also advises clients on strategic issues relating to protection of intellectual property, product sales, procurement and corporate governance.
Peter regularly speaks internationally and in the U.S. on corporate governance and finance, including the implications of the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation.
