Adrian Esguerra focuses on business transactions, including structured finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in commercial lending, both secured and unsecured, with a focus on asset-based and non-recourse finance. He also has substantial experience representing financial institutions in loan portfolio, derivatives, repurchase, and securities lending transactions. Adrian has counseled clients with respect to many cross-border transactions, including deals involving most Latin American jurisdictions.
