She represents companies in mergers and acquisitions transactions, including stock and asset sales, and counsels clients on entity formation, structure and corporate governance matters, and general business issues. Her environmental experience includes environmental and real estate due diligence, environmental indemnity agreements, permitting, and environmental compliance.
