Andrew Domer

Andrew Domer concentrates his practice on real estate law. He counsels clients on a range of commercial real estate transaction matters, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, deeds of trust, loan agreements, and guarantees. Prior to joining DWT, Andrew practiced commercial litigation, including antitrust, bankruptcy, and internal investigations.

Construction loan for multi-family low-income housing project

Represented lender in connection with the $28 million financing of two related projects involving the rehabilitation of multi-family residential developments in Hayward, California, using federal low-income housing tax credits and tax-exempt bond financing. (2016)

Office/R&D portfolio acquisition

Represented private equity firm in connection with the purchase and financing of a $78 million office complex in Silicon Valley. (2016)

Retail center sale

Represented owner in connection with the sale of a $43 million retail shopping mall located in Omaha. (2016)

Construction loan modification*

Represented a national bank in connection with a modification and increase to a $40 million construction loan. (2015)

Financing for REIT*

Represented a lender in connection with $175 million term loan and $50 million line of credit for a Maryland real estate investment trust. (2015)
