Tony Wisen represents clients in all aspects of commercial litigation. His special concentration is the representation of receivers under Washington’s receivership statute, RCW 7.60. He represents receivers in significant commercial and residential receiverships across many Washington state counties.

A chief part of Tony’s practice is the representation of lenders in matters involving real property issues including condemnation, forfeiture, condominium liens, and non-judicial foreclosures.

Tony handles commercial contract disputes, and bankruptcy/credit recovery matters, including Article 9/UCC, unlawful detainer, and general commercial collection matters. He often provides counsel on post judgment collection matters. He has negotiated and drafted scores of credit workout agreements.

Tony’s clients include: Bank of America, Banner Bank, GE Capital Franchise Finance Corp., Hearthstone, Inc., and Pacific Crest Realty Advisors, LLC.
