| Carol Noonan assists clients in a broad range of litigation in federal and state courts, arbitration and administrative hearings. She defends employers against discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful discharge claims, and defends media clients in discrimination and other First Amendment lawsuits. Carol advises clients regarding all forms of employment and media law matters, and provides manager, human resources and employee training, and newsroom seminars.
