| Clayton Graham focuses on the areas of land use planning and real estate transactions. Clayton advises clients on permitting and land use issues under state and local regulations, including local zoning codes, historic preservation laws, the Shoreline Management Act, the Growth Management Act, and the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), and represents clients in administrative and judicial appeals of land use decisions. He performs due diligence in connection with real estate acquisition and finance, and creates covenants, easements and licenses.
