Deirdre Davis represents clients in domestic and international trademark matters, including the selection, clearance, prosecution, registration, maintenance and protection of marks. She manages domestic and international portfolios. Deirdre serves as general counsel on copyright issues, from registration to fair use analysis, and on Internet law and e-commerce matters, including issues such as domain name ownership and policing. Deirdre provides drafting, negotiation and counsel in a range of intellectual property agreements such as artist, copyist and transcriber agreements, as well as in broadcast and production contracts for radio, television and film programming.
