Heather Coldwell focuses her practice on commercial real estate and financing transactions. Provide due diligence in acquisition of 2,000 seat performing arts center as part of a mixed-use project in downtown Bellevue, Wash. and negotiation of grant funding agreement with the City of Bellevue. (2012)

Acquisition of Bay Bread for Starbucks Coffee Company

Provided real estate support for Starbucks in the $100 million acquisition of Bay Bread. (2012)

FUJIFILM Holdings tender offer and merger

Local counsel in $995 million acquisition of SonoSite, Inc. (2012)

Project financing for lenders

Represented administrative agent and lenders in $220 million financing to a provider commercial equipment leases. (2012)

Provide counsel and negotiate and draft complex office and retail leases. (2012)

Merger for Blueview Technologies, Inc.

Represented Blueview Technologies, Inc., an underwater vision and measurement company, in its merger with Teledyne RD Instruments, Inc. (2012)
