Helen Ovsepyan

Helen Ovsepyan's practice includes representing clients with respect to health care transactional and regulatory matters such as forming and operating joint ventures and other associations, and negotiating agreements in the areas of hospital-physician contracting, physician practice acquisitions, management services organizations, space and equipment leasing, medical director agreements, and physician recruitment arrangements. She also offers clients analyses and advice on regulatory compliance matters involving physician self-referral (Stark Law), anti-kickback law, the False Claims Act, health information privacy and security compliance and incident response, and other health care compliance matters. Additionally, Helen advises clients on credentialing, peer review, medical staff issues, and other facility operation matters.

Helen also provides general corporate law counseling and advice with respect to entity formation and contracting matters.
