Hozaifa Cassubhai maintains a diverse litigation practice. He has represented businesses and individuals in a range of matters, including corporate governance issues, partnership disputes, contract breaches and business torts, and secured transactions. He has also contributed to teams in major class action suits and other complex commercial litigation.
Prior to Davis Wright Tremaine, Hozaifa was a paralegal for a civil rights firm in Washington, D.C. and scouted trials for Court TV in New York City. He is conversational in Urdu and Gujarati, and can read and write Arabic.
