Jacob W. Daniels

Jacob Daniels is an employment litigator who defends clients in both state and federal courts in disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, retaliation, and in administrative proceedings before government agencies such as the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing.

Jacob also represents employers faced with allegations of failing to make public accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. He has experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, and has successfully settled single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action claims.
