Janet E. Murphy

Of Counsel
Janet Murphy helps nonprofit health care institutions and other nonprofits structure, draft, negotiate and close tax-exempt financing transactions and secured and unsecured loans. She advises clients in restructuring tax-exempt debt, in asset sales and in corporate restructures. Janet also represents card issuers in the negotiation and documentation of private label, co-brand and endorsement agreements with retail, manufacturing, home improvement/remodeling and other industries.

Janet's clients include: The Northwest Kidney Center, Benaroya Research Institute, GE Money Bank, The Overlake School, Seattle Art Museum, the University of Puget Sound, Virginia Mason Medical Center, Whitman College and The Samuel and Jesse Kennedy Presbyterian Retirement Home.
