Jason A. Farber

Jason Farber focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other business transactions. His industry experience includes creative and entertainment companies ranging from digital media to toys and games, and mobile content and services, traditional industries like fishing, food, manufacturing and distribution, and regulated industries like student loan finance, and health care. He has particular experience with private equity, auction processes, profit-nonprofit transactions and directors' duties in transactions, and is a frequent speaker on topics related to mergers and acquisitions.
