Jay D. Hull

Chief Innovation Partner

Jay Hull focuses on business transactions, with special concentration on transactions for communications companies. He has negotiated deals worth more than $5 billion in the last few years, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and commercial agreements. Jay also acts as outside counsel for businesses in Oregon. He served for more than five years as assistant general counsel for a publicly traded CLEC, where he had broad responsibility for commercial and operational matters.
