Jean M. Flannery

Jean Flannery is a member of the litigation department. She represents companies and individuals in connection with criminal investigations, legal ethics, employment matters (including successful mediations, whistleblower claims, and non-competes), and commercial disputes. Jean joined Davis Wright Tremaine after clerking on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before clerking, Jean worked in capital markets, representing issuers and underwriters out of London. While in London, she advised companies based in Sweden, Italy, Greece, Russia, and the United Kingdom on cross-border financial transactions.
