Jennifer Toland Frewer

Jennifer Toland Frewer is an associate in the firm's communications practice group. She counsels clients on a wide variety of state and federal regulatory matters. Jennifer also assists clients with import/export issues and other trade-related matters.

  • Works with competitive telecommunications companies, cable operators, wireless companies and alternative technology providers on state licensing issues and requests for authority to operate
  • Represents wireless carriers and telecommunications companies at hearings before state public utilities commissions
  • Counsels clients on negotiation of interconnection agreements and interconnection arbitration proceedings
  • Advises clients on applicability of export restrictions to communications equipment and technology, and assists clients with preparing commodity jurisdiction requests
  • Counsels telecommunications companies on state licensing issues that impact mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
