Jill M. Valenstein

Jill Valenstein focuses her practice on advising cable television and telecommunications providers on outside plant deployment issues. Jill is an experienced transactional attorney and has negotiated dozens of pole attachment and conduit agreements to ensure that her cable television, wireline and wireless telecommunications clients obtain access to these essential facilities on just and reasonable rates, terms and conditions. She also represents communications companies and state cable associations before the FCC and state regulatory agencies in regulatory litigation and has led the cable industry in several rulemakings involving pole attachment issues, including in Arkansas, New York, Oregon, and Utah, and testified before state legislatures to advocate for reasonable state pole attachment laws.
