Joanne van Erp Montague focuses on intellectual property law, emphasizing open source software and standards as well as technology licensing. She helps clients manage and protect their IP portfolios, offering them experience and knowledge in business and electrical engineering, as well as a solid educational background. In addition to having managed a small software development company, earlier in her career, Joanne designed and managed avionics computer systems and equipment projects. She holds a master’s degree in business administration.
