John Dodge focuses his practice on the telecommunications and cable industries, as well as on state-level consumer compliance issues. With regard to telecommunications and cable, John addresses a broad scope of critical issues such as entry opportunities and capital formation, intercarrier compensation and regulatory compliance. He advises on economic regulation and the regulatory aspects of business transactions, including transfer of control authorizations.
