John Cameron focuses on energy transactions, state and regulatory proceedings, and project development. He advises generation, transmission and pipeline project developers, represents retail and wholesale bulk-energy purchasers, advises clients in government contracting, and represents clients in federal appeals. John regularly represents clients before the Bonneville Power Administration and other Western U.S. regulatory agencies, and before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Local development counsel to the developer of small biomass power facilities proposed for locations throughout rural Oregon. Assisting the client on siting, electric transmission and interconnection, environmental and land use issues, tax credits and property tax abatements.

Local development counsel on a 100 MW third phase to the Stateline Wind Project, assisting the client on state and local siting in Oregon and Washington, electric transmission and interconnection, environmental and land use issues, tax credits and property tax abatements.
