Jordan J. Bowler

Jordan Bowler focuses his practice on intellectual property and other commercial transactions. He has experience in drafting and negotiating license, cloud services, co-marketing, technology procurement and development, and confidentiality agreements for a range of start-up, medium-sized, and international technology clients, and has supported several wireless transactions, including a MVNO negotiation. Jordan has researched and written legal memoranda in areas including business formation, contract, copyright, patent, trademark, data privacy, and employment law. He also has worked on intellectual property aspects of significant corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to law school, Jordan worked in technology consulting, assisting clients with implementing large-scale enterprise software systems.
