K. Keely Rankin

Keely Rankin focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, securities, and white collar criminal defense.  Her litigation experience encompasses a wide range of matters including class actions, merger and acquisition disputes, the False Claims Act, contract disputes, health care, real property, and disputes in closely held companies. Keely also counsels companies and individuals in connection with government investigations by the Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the U.S. Commodities and Futures Trading Commission.
