Kaye D. Fleming, Ph.D.

Kaye Fleming brings to her patent practice a solid understanding of molecular and cell biology, and extensive research experience in virology and gene therapy. Her legal background includes research, analysis and documentation in a range of patent-related issues, and she advises clients in licensing, due diligence, portfolio management, business strategy, legal opinions, freedom-to-operate analysis, litigation support and other matters. Kaye has also helped determine the soundness of business ventures by examining the portfolio strength of patents with respect to small molecule therapeutics and engineered cell lines.
