  • Represented major motion picture studio in acquiring rights to motion picture slates, multiple motion pictures on an output basis, and on a single picture basis to a wide variety of film and television product.
  • Represented several financial institutions, including City National Bank, U.S. Bank, Citibank, and First California Bank in connection with a wide variety of single and multiple picture motion picture financing transactions.
  • Represented cineFinance in connection with completion bonds issued with respect to several motion pictures and television series.
  • Represented The Jim Henson Company in production financing for series of direct-to-video animated films Unstable Fables and television series Sid the Science Kid.

Financial Transactions
  • Represented state agency on a $95 million loan transaction made in connection with financing of sale of power plant.
  • Represented credit card issuer and affiliates in connection with co-branding, issuing, processing and auxiliary agreements.
  • Represented banks and borrowers in various financing transactions.
