Professional licensing and disciplinary hearings

Represents medical facilities, nurses, doctors and other medical professionals in licensing and disciplinary proceedings before state medical boards. (Ongoing)

Voluntary disclosures

Assists hospitals in making voluntary disclosures of Medicaid and Medicare overpayments. (Ongoing)

Purchase and lease of medical equipment and staff

Coordinated purchase of lineal accelerator for radiation oncology group from hospital and part-time lease of equipment and employees to another medical group. (2008)
