Lloyd Chee concentrates his practice on real estate and construction law, with an emphasis on commercial transactions and sustainable practices within the commercial real estate industry. Lloyd has been designated as a LEED Accredited Professional by the U. S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. As a LEED AP, Lloyd advises clients on all aspects of sustainable real estate, including construction and LEED certification of new and existing commercial real estate projects, green leasing and sustainable maintenance and operation of commercial properties. His practice also includes construction contract negotiation/preparation and claims resolution.
