Maria Browne represents clients before the FCC and other federal, state and local regulatory agencies, and in state and federal courts. She has appeared before state regulatory bodies in: Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and Florida. Maria works on a range of cable and telecommunications issues, including federal, state and local regulatory matters, programming network issues, and contract negotiation and enforcement. She also represents clients in state and federal procurement matters, and provides advice concerning compliance with State, Treasury and Commerce regulations governing exports.
