Mike Corl’s practice is concentrated in the area of real estate transactions and regularly assists clients in the communications-related industries. These clients include national and regional communications service providers, and owners, and users of communication-oriented structures hosting an extensive variety of communication facilities. Mike assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of their real estate assets and deployment of their nationwide and regional communication networks.
Mike helps clients in various commercial real estate transactions pertaining to developed and undeveloped land, including leases, licenses and easements; franchise and right of way agreements; master agreements, collocations and other agreements between communications clients, or with tower management companies or private landowners; in-building systems; distributed antenna systems; and warehouse, office and retail leasing. Mike has extensive experience addressing title due diligence, resolution of title disputes including access rights, and a variety of other commercial real property issues.
