Milt Lankton, who has been with the firm for more than 30 years, concentrates his practice in real estate, construction and corporate law. Additionally, he has substantial experience in trust and estate matters. Milt has extensive litigation and transaction expertise in construction law disputes, representing general contractors, subcontractors and public and private owners, and serves regularly as an arbitrator and mediator. He assists corporate clients in commercial finance and asset-based lending; business acquisitions, sales, reorganizations and valuations; and shareholder disputes.
