Represented Mobiata, LLC, a wireless travel application developer and provider, in the sale to Expedia, Inc. structured as a reverse triangular merger. (2010)

Donohoe v. Bonneville International Corp. (WTOP radio)

Defended WTOP Radio in a discrimination case filed by a former radio station employee claiming he was terminated because of his age. No. 1:07-cv-949 (RWR) (D.D.C. 2009)

Madni v. Gates et al.

Represented individual detained by U.S. Government at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba from 2004 to 2008. Our client was returned to Pakistan in September 2008. (D.C. Cir. 2008)
