Rick Glick focuses on environmental and water law, representing businesses, local governments and private entities in a wide range of environmental matters. He counsels clients on water rights, hydroelectric power permits and wetlands fill and removal proceedings; assists in assessing and managing environmental risk associated with business or real estate transactions; and represents clients before the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in environmental cleanup, permitting and enforcement actions.
Rick is former staff counsel to the State Water Resources Control Board in Sacramento, Calif., and a former Deputy City Attorney for the City Council of Portland.
