Rob Driscoll represents advertisers, advertising agencies, entertainment marketing agencies and promotion agencies with respect to all aspects of advertising, marketing and promotion law. He regularly negotiates a wide range of marketing-related agreements, including agency-client, talent, production, media buying and music licensing agreements, with a focus on branded entertainment projects, sponsorships, co-marketing programs, brand integrations and live events. Rob also counsels clients on consumer protection issues, loyalty programs, sweepstakes and contests and legal issues presented by emerging media and technologies. In addition, he has an active intellectual property counseling and licensing practice and advises clients on e-commerce and other Internet-related legal issues, including preparation of website terms of use and privacy policies.

In addition to Rob's work in the marketing field, he represents a variety of other clients in the media and entertainment industries, including website operators, television networks, production companies, publishers and theatrical producers. He has substantial experience in digital media and technology matters, music licensing and television and theater financing and production.

Rob's clients include Discovery Communications, Hill Holliday, Connors Cosmopulos, and The Procter & Gamble Company.
