Rob Driscoll represents advertisers, advertising agencies, marketing services providers, digital services, and publishers with respect to all aspects of advertising, marketing, and promotion law. He regularly negotiates a wide range of marketing-related agreements, including agency-client, talent, production, media buying, and music licensing agreements, and has significant experience with branded entertainment projects, sponsorships, co-marketing programs, brand integrations, and live events. Rob also counsels clients on consumer protection issues, loyalty programs, sweepstakes and contests, and legal issues presented by emerging media and technologies.
In addition to Rob's work in the marketing field, he represents a variety of other clients in the media and entertainment industries, including website operators and digital content providers, television networks, production companies, publishers, and theatrical producers.
