Ronald K. Ragen

Ron Ragen represents companies and individuals throughout Asia and the Pacific Rim in business and corporate, real estate, and finance transactions, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, sales and similar matters. He serves as general counsel for Asian corporations doing business in the United States, and represents domestic companies seeking to operate or operating in Asia and other foreign locations. Ron brings four decades of legal experience to representing a wide variety of local businesses, including startups, in a full range of legal areas.

Practice Highlights

• Serves as outside general and special counsel to various types of business entities based in Oregon, outside of Oregon, and outside the United States
• Forms and represents Oregon subsidiaries for parent entities, especially Asian, based outside of Oregon and outside of the United States
• Works with start-ups, especially in the medical field, including formation, financing, and both internal and external operational matters
• Serves as informal mediator to resolve internal business disputes without resort to formal dispute resolution
