Sarah Fallows focuses her practice on health care regulatory compliance, medical staff, and transactional matters. She handles all aspects of acquisitions, contracting, and general corporate and compliance matters, as well as medical staff credentialing and peer review issues.

For hospital and provider clients, Sarah has revised and drafted governing policies and procedures, advised on practice expansions and corporate governance matters, and drafted asset purchase agreements and other contracts. Sarah also provides guidance on Joint Commission standards, state-specific rules and regulations governing medical professionals, antitrust laws, Medicare, Stark and anti-kickback laws, HIPAA, and state and federal privacy issues.
