Steve Ellis focuses on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and supply chain and product distribution matters. He serves as outside general counsel to a number of manufacturers and distributors, providing independent counsel and advice as to all stages and issues surrounding manufacturing and distributing, from raw material and component sourcing to the sale of finished goods. Steve also focuses on cross-border strategic planning and transactions, representing many foreign manufacturers and distributors.
